Park View House Hotel Edinburgh

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was perfect. The hotel is right opposite a beautiful park, providing a calming and scenic atmosphere. The hotel is also very close to bus stops, great to easily reach the old town in just 15 minutes. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any questions or needs we had.

Plus, there's a grocery store nearby, perfect for stocking up on snacks or essentials. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable and clean, providing a decent place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and providing clear instructions throughout the stay. Plus, there's an option to easily access extra supplies like toilet paper when needed.

Some aspects of the service could be improved. For example, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning is noticeable.

Our room had a beautiful view of the park in front, a lovely sight to wake up to. There was a large Tesco supermarket and plenty of small independent shops nearby, making it convenient to get everything we needed. The hotel also had good access to public transport, with a bus stop very close by that quickly took us to the city center. The staff of the cleaning team were really good, always polite, hardworking, and helpful.
